THE CHOO
1 Bedroom 2 Bath = $450,00.00 (26' X 27') 29 logs high, more logs more views. 1404 square feet living area and 1870 square feet under roof including covered decks. This is our best seller and income producer for the money. It produces an average gross income of $35,000.00 to $68,000.00 per year. Loft bedroom used as game room. Includes two 8' X 26' exterior view decks with choice of which deck to place Hot Tub.
THE DIXON
2 Bedroom 2 bath = $469,000.00 (28' X 28') 29 logs high with hot tub on either of the two 8' X 28' decks, Jacuzzi in loft bathroom 1568 square feet living area with 1902 square feet under roof. This cabin is the same as the Choo model but, larger, roomier. A beautiful cabin and may be viewed at. Loft bedroom can be used as a game room. This cabin produces an average gross income from $35,000.00 to $68,000.00 per year. Includes two 8' X 26' exterior view decks with choice of which deck to place Hot Tub.
THE EXPANDED RAVENSVIEW
3 Bedroom 4 bath, Game room, 3 story $590,000.00 (28' X 28') Lower floor masonry with 29 logs above. Full bath in game room, full bath on other two floors. Jacuzzi in loft and hot tub on your choice of the three 8' X 28' view decks. 2352 square feet living area with 2780 square feet under roof. This cabin model has produced annual incomes in excess of $80,000.00 per year. This is a much requested model from vacationers.
THE AYERS
3 Bedroom 3 bath 2 story. Third bedroom is loft that is used as game room. $503,000.00. 1768 square feet living area with 2412 square feet under roof. With one 8' X 46' deck on main level and one 8' X 22' deck on the loft level. This cabin is a new design that we took from an old plan and expanded on. With two king-size bedrooms on the main level, each having their own private bath with Jacuzzi tubs. This is a beautiful cabin with all the amenities. Good for family rentals and averages an income of approximately $38,000.00 to $52,000.00 per year.
THE AYERS 3 STORY
4 Bedroom 4 bath 3 story with game room $633,850.00. 2964 square feet of living area with 3976 square feet under roof. This cabin derived from the Ayers' model above. Our addition of the lower level bedroom, bath, and huge game room has paid off. It also has the additional 8' X 46' lower deck. This cabin has produced incomes from $55,000.00 to $80,000.00.
Phase III and IV Construction
Cabins constructed in phase III and IV have an additional cost of $25,000. This is in addition to the prices above.

All Appliances (refrigerator, stove, microwave vent hood, dishwasher, 24" stack washer/dryer, hot tub, Jacuzzi and furnishings are included in each model. Any model may be expanded on. Cabin is rent ready at completion. Each owner is asked to add their own personal touches to the amenities and decorations in their cabin to give it its own personality.
These income figures are based on actual incomes from existing cabins and we do not guarantee all cabins will earn these gross annual incomes. The marketing for rentals is done mostly on the internet and how well your cabin rents is determined by how well and appealing it is viewed by the general public online and its amenities.
