Dear Randy, I thought I would write you and tell you how happy we are with our cabin. First of all the quality of Ussery Construction's workmanship and desire to work individually with us to create a truly custom cabin was greatly appreciated. Our cabin is exactly as we envisioned it. As you know, our cabin was finished last August and has been renting since September. It has been truly a great investment so far. We generally have a positive cash flow each month after all expenses, and one month our positive cash flow was $1,300. It seems to be on pace to gross $70K. We thought that winter would be slow months, but that has not been the case. February, for example, rented out 25 days; Amazing!
